Tell your MP why you love live
If you love live performance, now’s the time to let your local MP know.
Our live performance industry is facing
increasing challenges
Increased production costs
Costs of production and touring have risen significantly in recent years.
Cost-of-living pressures
Audiences are under real cost-of-living pressures.
Producers at greater risk
Greater financial risk for producers means shorter runs and less touring across Australia.
The time is right for a game-changing idea
The Federal Government is currently working on its next national cultural policy.
So, the time is right for a game-changing idea to support a
vibrant, prosperous and sustainable industry.
We’ve got one: it’s a Live Performance Production Incentive.
